CAN I TRY MULTI SYNC APP BEFORE I PURCHASE IT?

Multi Sync App is currently in Beta, so we’re offering it for free for the time being.

We just ask that in return you give us some good feedback so that we can make it even better.

I HAVE MORE THAN ONE FACEBOOK PAGE. IS THERE A PLAN FOR ME?

MY VIDEO DIDN’T SYNC

We are constantly improving the ability to sync videos. We have found that videos under 30 seconds long sync reliably, but longer videos sometimes don’t sync. Watch this space.

I TWEETED MULTIPLE IMAGES, BUT ONLY ONE WAS SYNCED TO FACEBOOK

Currently we are only able to sync the first image from a tweet, but we’re working towards syncing multiple images.

MY TWEET WASN’T SHARED ONTO FACEBOOK

There are a number of things that could have caused this issue. Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

 

Log into your account on the Multi Sync App website and view your recent history. Can you see the missing tweet in your history?

– No? Our servers haven’t seen your tweet yet. Most tweets are shared within 5 minutes, but on rare occasions our servers can have hiccups. Wait a few minutes and check again. If it still doesn’t appear, get in contact with us via the contact form on our homepage.– Yes? Check that it has a blue ‘Synced’ icon. If it doesn’t, Multi Sync App hasn’t noticed hashtag. Check that the hashtag was written correctly with spaces at either end.

Check if an administrator of the Facebook page deleted the shared tweet.
